Was surfing Ferrari Chat tonight and somehow landed on Ferraris for sale and while scrolling happen to see this car at Ferrari of Naples. Jokingly said to my wife, "it's probably 106242". That was my 96 Blu Swaters 355 Spider that I sold on Valentines day 2004. Low and behold it was. Seems like my eye is trained to pick up on Blu Swaters whenever I see one. Anyways it was great to see the old girl. Still looks great! Oh, what a great pair these two would have been! I love blues!! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

No points for originality but I am a little obsessed with Blu Hembry since the reveal of this SP1. I hope that more future owners choose this rare and gorgeous (albeit expensive) color. I'm curious if anyone knows what the cost is and if the color itself and the engine bay signatures are a TM build only option? Any replies appreciated. https://blog.dupontregistry.com/news/ferrari-of-greenwich-monza-sp1-delivery/
20-A-185 is a 70's colour which according to F-Chatter in 2019 : "Blu 20 A 185 was also called commercially Blu Scuro either for GT4 or GTB (I know a GTB with that colour from the origin). It is an opaque colour, different from the Blu Scuro Dino (20-A-357)" Very dark blue, there is a picture on that link, text in French but if you are in Switzerland, no Problem ! http://www.308-328.com/308/308specstyl.html

This photographs was used in the Car and Driver review of the Portofino M. Does anyone know what this colour is? Image Unavailable, Please Login
It is a heavily edited shot of Celeste 590 which Ferrari used on a number of their press cars at the launch of the Portofino M. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks for your reply. Like the colour a lot, maybe even more than Azzurro California which I have on my porto but am always loathe to order a colour that I have not actually seen. Anyway, no plans on ordering a car in the near future, so not immediately relevant
On the subject of colours, anyone tried to have the black (and cheap looking) plastic covers on the side air outlets and the sills below the doors painted (or replaced with) piano black? I think it would make the car look a lot more elegant and would match the piano black roof but am not sure how to get it done
I've just ordered my 296 GTS in Celeste. I had been thinking about it for a while and then saw a new Portofino M at a dealer I use and it looked beautiful. It had the carbon fibre front splitter and rear diffuser but the standard side skirt. It would have looked better with that in carbon but the total price of the car was already very high without it due to all of the other options including a contrasting Nero roof. All of the lower plastic trim on the car are relatively simple to remove and could be painted gloss black by any good spray shop for a modest cost. An F Chatter in Canada posted photo's after doing this to a Portofino. The factory will paint these trim parts as a special request but the cost of doing so is very close to the price of the carbon fibre option which looks better and will have wider resale appeal. Thanks for your reply. I must admit, I am not a fan of carbon and did not order it anywhere. I shall go to a paintshop and see what they say. Problem is, once you start on the black bits, where do you stop? Front and rear bumpers also???? Post plenty of pics of your car when you get it. As you have "just" ordered it, you are going to need a lot of patience.
