I don't listen to the usual car-related stuff like 'Life in the fast lane', 'I can't drive 55', etc.

When I had the car in Germany, I would hit play on "the Breeze" as the Mondial accellerated onto the curved on ramp into the Autobahn at Einsiedlerhof and blast off to 135 - 140 mph depending on traffic before the Ramstein exit.

I don't use the radio or CD player at all. There's no point, my exhaust is too loud (roof off, as always)

 

I don't have any particular, single song that does it for me.
As I mentioned in another thread a while back - almost any of the Pink Floyd albums, start to finish. The best (to me) while driving the Boxer, ironically, are TheDivision Bell and Momentarty Lapse Of Reason, both recorded well after the last Boxer was built. Dark Side Of The Moon is more period correct, and wonderful on a moonlit night out in the country, no matter what car.

For absolutely silly fun: Jimmy Luxury (and the Tommy Rome Orchestra) - Pretty much like the old-style Vegas Strip Rat Pack/Sintatra/Martin/Davis Jr. sound and attitude with a Swing-Hop twist. An absolute hoot. Would be great in something like a Rambler 440 convertible or 1960 Buick Electra convertible (with the futuristic instruments-in-mirror dash).
