It's that time of year again!!!

This year's Christmas Gala will be held on December 3rd, 2022 at 6:30pm at The Adolphus Hotel!

We have planned yet another fun filled evening of dinner, music, dancing, and more!

Your ticket to the event will include the reception with Passed Hors d'oeuvres, a Three Course Plated Dinner, and Premium Open Bar.

We are offering an early bird package through the end of October at $300 per couple!!!
Come Halloween, it's off the table!

Tickets will be available through mid November at $400 per couple and the last minute shoppers will spend a hefty $500 per couple so please lock in your seats ASAP!


Want to sign up now but not sure who your guest will be? No problem, just put "guest" for the first name and your last name and select a meal option for them and you're all set! If you are signing up early for a single ticket or need to add an additional ticket to your couples package, please email the club and we will work out the pricing for you.

Valet Parking will be available at The Adolphus

Dress code is Texas Black Tie
What does that mean??? Blue Jeans and black jacket, belt buckle and boots... or just come in your best dress, whatever that means to you, it works for us too!

Last year everyone was advised to NOT bring their Ferrari for just that reason.

THIS year , while better, most have told us they will be utilizing Uber, driving their daily, and/or staying the night. ( We ‘ve already added to the room block three times, due to the number of early bird registrations )
