Does anyone on the list know whether the Club will require rollbars on Spiders for the Glen Track days? Thanks in advance

Are you talking about the National Meet at Watkins Glen Labor Day weekend? If so, yes, the FCA requires roll bars in all open cars, except 360 and 430 spiders. All other spiders, like 355's or other open cars, must have a roll bar that is at least two inches over the top of the driver's helmet. If you take a look at the track day materials on the FCA website http://www.fca2007.org/, it spells that out clearly.

At least for me, the link I posted is not working. Don't know why. It's the correct URL. Try entering it directly in your browser address line or Google fca2007.org and it should come up.

Thanks Clyde. Didn't notice that. Have to remember to leave spaces. LOL

Hey, if your baby is going to be back on the road in time, you should join us up at Corning for the Annual Meet. It looks to be a good one this year, and the ride up there is really nice. Beautiful countryside for driving our cars.
