    Absolutely poured , track was treacherous, Horse spun (no way he couldn't have with the tyres he was running), F40 was the star taking people who had won a raffle for the Leukemia organisation around the track (Bevan is an extremely generous person) I was blamed for a double spin in a red Ferrari (it wasn't me!!) most people ran off the circuit, I did a faster lap than the F40 (when it spun :D)365 and Doosers 360 were the best sounding

    was sad to miss it at first but seeing the pics says i missed nothing . i have never driven at morgan in the rain and never want to . hey john you got my vote for mod :D

    I won't go again if it rains, too dangerous .... thanks for the vote, I wanted to vote for everyone else and I thought you and Mark would be too busy but if Ian's got time to fix OHOS camshafts the nhe's got the patience and time for mod :D

    Besides the nasty rain JM, that looks like it would have been a super day. That F40 looks so good! Nice 360 also. Still love the F40 though......looks so sexy all wet like that. :eek::)

    a LOT of standing water on the racing line at the track, bought back too many memories

    who doesn't like an F40 pap ??!! this one's heading off for a refresh, shame poor Bevan didn't get to open her up before the work

    The 360 had a Mille Miglia exhaust and on this 360 I must say it sounded better than a Tubi

    The F40 couldn't use the throttle at all because when the turbos spooled up the car went sideways in a straight line !!! and the concrete walls loom big when that happens

    he hasn't got the time, all the boys seem to be flying out next week, Denis, Ray, Bevan, etc and then getting back just in time to organise the trucks to get the cars to Melb for the rally (I'm driving as is BB and a few others)

    probably a great go-kart track but the corners are too tight for really fast cars, would be sort of fun in the dry

    Too much grunt in the F40 alright, especially in the wet. The concrete walls look a little close to the action for me mate. What is Beaven doing to the car to freshen her up? Mechanical....or cosmetic? If you dont mind me asking? :)

    Bevan's cars are always very nice, some may remember the French blue BB, absolutely gorgeous and he's decided it's time to do a full refresh so it will be one of the nicest F40s here, Gil would have been happy to see the F40 out there

    There was VERY deep water on the main straight and in the approach to the pits, many people ran off, Horse spun a few times but you've got to hand it to him on those tyres, most other people would have been terrified to go out on them but Jon was putting up a respectable showing for the QV set

    oh yeah, btw dooser had the slloowwweessstttttt spin of the day, quite fun to watch FROM THE PITS like the sissies Horse and I were :D

    Except for the rain, it was a good day today. My tyres were not suitable at all in the wet but when it dried a little it was fun! I think it was 4 spins and a big understeer! Moretti was driving as if it was in the dry which was great to see! Nice to go for a run solo, could have roof on / roof off, windows up / windows down, heater on / heater off, air on/air off etc etc etc.....anyway here's the pic of the day.....

    well you definitely wouldn't have liked getting around the track in this, Bill Murdoch was driving it, sounded great, my favourite OHOS V12, Daytona with power steering - perfect !!!

    hope you saw the smokey on the way home on the side of the road a click or 2 from the Warwick turnoff at the Western freeway??!!!

    I stopped at Aratula for a coffee and saw you drive past, ...I waved :)

    too bad you're not coming to Tassie, could have been good to bump Giovanni Millard down the list of fastest 308s :D

    I think that's why he wants a 355CH , so he doesn't have to race us :D
