FCA Celebrates the Ferrari Challenge in Savannah with the Seibert Cup June 8-12

In just a few weeks, will be here www.FCA2011.org, and many of you have attended these meets in the past. This year we will be having two Historic Ferrari Challenge Races -The Seibert Cup. David Seibert, creator of the NA Ferrari Challenge will be in attendance with Luigi Chinetti, Jr. and other notable Ferrari personalities. Significant cars will be there-like the N.A.R.T. Spyder. Our event features the Ferrari Challenge.

Savannah www.savannahvisit.com is simply an awesome city to take the family, spouse or significant other. The city is just across the river, the spa on the golf course, and the track is within walking distance of the hotel. This track was built for the IRL series, but closed in 1997 after just one race won by Helio Castroneves.

It is now opened again, and much improved, with water, power, and landscaping in place.

Come join us in this historic event-The Seibert Cup; you will get lots of track time over the three days. If you have current racing license that is recognized by FCA (see section 4.a. on page 4 and 5 of the Race Event Rules http://www.ferrariclubofamerica.org/...0copyright.pdf) then you are good to go.

For those who do not have a current FCA recognized competition license and would like to participate in the Seibert Cup, NASA has agreed to run a competition license school within our event for a very nominal fee of $130 (which covers NASA’s membership and license fee for a year and also allows you to race in a number of venues). People who successfully pass this special NASA school and receive a NASA license will be eligible to participate in the Seibert Cup races.
