    Insalata Del Bosco $6 Mixed Greens tossed with a port wine vinaigrette and topped with aged gorgonzola cheese and pine nuts

    Costa Smeralda $9 Grilled Chicken breast on a bed of Caesar salad with fresh tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, hearts of palm and artichokes

    Salmon Salad $12 Poached salmon served with a side of lemon mayonnaise and mixed greens in balsamic vinaigrette

    Pasta E ***ioli $4 Mamma's hearty Italian bean, pasta and fresh vegetable soup

    Zuppa Del Giorno $3 Our soup of the day (Ask your server)

    Carpaccio Ferrari's $9 USDA prime aged filet mignon thinly sliced and topped with onions, pine nuts, extra-virgin olive oil and shaved parmesan cheese served with a Dijon mustard sauce

    Carpaccio Di Salmone Affumicato $9 Smoked salmon, capers, onion lemon and olive oil

    ENTREES
    Piccolo Filetto $14 USDA prime filet mignon of beef grilled to your liking and served with penne pasta tossed with cream, bacon and parmesan cheese

    Tilapia Mediterranea $10 Fresh tilapia pan-seared sauteed with olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, lemon and white wine. Served with vegetables of the day.

    Salmon al Caperi $12 Pan-seared salmon sauteed with olive oil, Selina caper berries, white wine, lemon and Italian herbs. Served with vegetables of the day.

    Seabass Pizzaiola $12 Seabass, capers, garlic, tomato, oregano and black olives

    Gamberi Zia Teresa $10 Grilled gulf shrimp wrapped in bacon and basted with spice olive oil. Served on a bed of linguini tossed with olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper and basil.

    Veal Picatta Amalfi $11 Pan-seared veal sauteed with onions and sun-dried tomatoes and finished with Dijon mustard, olive oil and Marsala wine. Served with vegetables of the day.

    Veal Maria Pia $11 Pan-seared veal sauteed with mushrooms, asparagus, cream and white wine. Served with vegetables of the day.

    Pollo alla Francesco $9 Grilled chicken breast served with a side of mixed greens and balsamic vinaigrette. A boss favorite!

    Pollo Valdostana $9 chicken breast sauteed and topped with mozzarella cheese served with heavy cream and mushroom sauce.

    How U Doin' Pizza $Market Price Our basic pizza dough with your choice of ingredients from our antipasto table or meats including chicken, prosciutto, salami or ham.

    DESSERTS
    Zabaglione with Seasonal Fruit $7 per person A traditional Italian dessert. A rich cream made with sweet Marsala wine and draped over fresh seasonal fruit. (minimum 2 people)

    Creme Brulee $5 Rich vanilla custard, fired to order and served with seasonal fruit

    Tiramisu $5 Our famous classic dessert made with mascarpone cheese, espresso, Marsala wine, homemade ladyfinger cookies, fresh cream and coco powder

    Yesterday there was no chance I was going to make this. As it stands now, I'm 60-40 in favor. I didn't bring my car though, I didn't think I'd make it. Please don't point and laugh at my daily driver.
