I sent an email out to DFW Ferrari list last night. I won't be able to make it as we're leaving for Arkansas tomorrow. If you didn't get an email last night and want to be on the local DFW Ferrari list, send me an email to rlay -a-t- ferrarichat.com with just FCA DFW email in the subject. Thanks, rob
There's also a link at the chapter site http://www.fcadfw.com/ that will send Rob a request to join the mailing list.
I'll be there as well. I hope the 355 Challenge game is working this time, I've had some good practice against Nicola.
Sorry I missed out, I was spent and decided to head home from Arlington instead of driving to Dallas.
Lite turnout but still good to see everyone, Found out Tillman is the master of 355 Challenge game. Until next month

I run the intermediate, so I can use the groovy paddle shifters. I can row a manual in my own Ferrari Did the real 355 challenge come with the F1 tranny as an option?
We should have a get together where we bring our PS2's and XBOX's and race on big screens. We did it briefly after one of Robert C's F1 watching parties and it was a blast. I am a big PS2 GT4 fan, and I know Phil C and Will H are too. I have the 355 Challenge game for PS2 but haven't figured out how to make it work with my steering wheel. I know Will and Phil and I all have the PS2's with the force feedback wheel, and Will has that great portable cockpit. I played FORZA on XBOX this weekend over at Manny's house and that game is alot of fun too... and it features Ferraris. You can even customize the paint jobs and Manny's customized a 355 Challenge car to look like Rob's. Maybe at the Big Bend Villa grand opening schindig?
I don't think any of the 355 C's ever had a F1 tranny, but I could be wrong. No reason someone didn't put a Challenge kit in one or consideration for special needs.
I can't believe I missed a chance to play the 355 challenge game, I'll make the next one. We can have a game day at my house if you want, but I don't really have a big screen.
I've found several of the older games don't work with the wheel. Can you turn off the force feedback completely? On arcade mode I can put it on mild, but not shut it off completely. When I 2 man race with Smitty he's smooth at 215 at Lemans with his controller and I'm jumping all over the place from the feedback. Any thoughts?
Don't plug it in to the wall? I don't know if that works but it might. Ditto on the force feedback making it alot more diffcult at high speeds down the Mulsanne straight at LeMans... It is kinda fun though, it's like walking a tightrope.
