I just sent out the latest email to DFW area Ferrari enthusiasts. If you did not receive the email, please let me know and I'll add you to the list.

Hello all DFW area Ferrari enthusiasts!

I just wanted to give an update on upcoming events. It was great to see many local members out in Monterey. That is up there as one of the best weeks of my life… several hundred Ferraris at Concourso Italiano, (18) 250 GTO’s racing door to door at the Historics, Pebble Beach, and then all the FCA Annual Meet activities, including 3 Laguna Seca track days. Ferrari overload, although there isn’t such a thing.

    Upcoming events…

Saturday, September 11th 2nd Annual FIAT Club Italian Carfest http://www.italiancarfest.com/index.htm

Monday, September 13th 6:00pm Second Monday Event at Dave & Busters (Walnut Hill & 35E – not the 75 one!) Contact Rob Lay at [email protected] for more info.

Monday, October 11th 6:00pm Second Monday Event at Speedzone (Walnut Hill & 35E) Contact Rob Lay at [email protected] for more info.

Saturday, October 23th Fall Rally 9am meeting TBD - $20 entry fee w/o lunch. This will be a fun, but barely competitive rally based on answering some questions and finishing on time. It will finish up before noon for a lunch and awards presentation. Bring a co-driver to navigate. All car makes accepted, but driver must be FCA member for insurance reasons. Contact Rob Lay at [email protected] for more info.

October 24, Live F1 watching party for Grand Prix of Brazil (Sao Paulo) – @Lineback http://www.lineback.com Contact Scott Black for more info at [email protected].

Well, that takes care of the next couple months. Some great events, I highly recommend viewing the Italian Carfest next weekend as there are usually around 20 Ferraris and a hundred other Italian cars and motorcycles. Our Fall Rally in October will hopefully become a popular annual tradition. More info on the Rally soon.

Please check our website at www.fcadfw.com for the latest info and event write-ups. Please let me know if anyone wants to take a more active role in organizing or helping with events.

    Thank you,

Has anyone tried to contact Speedzone for a group rate deal? I talked with a young lady a while back for my work, on a group deal and she was very helpful. 10 or more people I think to qualify.

y'all must not of been paying attention. Just noticed the FCA email I sent yesterday didn't include the actual FCA DFW email list. So no one got it!

    It is sent now.
