http://www.fcacentralstates.org/events/event-calendar/?iNewsID=1237 anyone ever do this? would like to do this with my boy as co pilot. Anyone know where it ends up?
My wife and I have participated in hundreds of competitive Rallys over the years. They are a lot of fun and challenging at the same time. It is kind of like a scavenger hunt on wheels. You are given a number of questions that you have to find the answers to along the Rally route. There is a time limit to complete the answers and find your way to the end point. So if your son is old enough to be able to look for the answers and complete the answer sheet while you drive he should be fine being your Navigator. It could be a good "team building" event to do together. The end point is normally divulged when entrants start the Rally so that everyone has the same opportunities.
appreciate the reply, for me its more of a get out of the house type of thing and a chance to hang out with my boy hes almost 13, weather permitting,
its inexpensive for sure. but for me it seems like weather is always a factor, and getting my boy on board. but for a co pilot gig hes in! And I look forward to meeting all the Chicago region people I haven't met yet, this means you to Jason
So anyone else going Im gonna sign up as soon as I lower my car from the lift so I can get my policy number off of my insurance card, im installing a new accelerator cable tomorrow
I thought I saw something about the 13th on the registration? or was that for the discounted entry fee?
You are correct, it was the 13th but we were just able to work out a plan with the Ending Point restaurant that now allows us to extend registration.
Thx Larry appreciate the help. im sure ill get signed up tomorrow. The weather will be another story on the 20th. Thx
Go out to the garage and look at your car. Doesn't it look lonely just sitting there? Come out and join us on Sunday for a beautiful fall drive!
I wish I could I’m already in Mexico and working full time. I had to say good bye to the cars for winter So, until spring, I am missing the beauties
I'll be there today. I'll probably get there just before 10. It looks like the first car will leave around 11. See you there! Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
19 cars today. 38 people with co pilots. Weather to die for. Awesome country routes and made some new friends. The food was surprisingly great too. Nice to meet shadowlap and Gkain again. Thx to fca. And Continental Autosports
