Just plain old Romeo and Juliet Simon, I don’t mind a glass of vino, that about as creative as we’ll ever get
That's my concern.... They keep letting people in. You guys have done ok, but down here that 4 month lockdown was unpleasant enough to make me really resent people entering Australia.
You know what one of the biggest businesses booming in Queensland, and one of the very few allowing ANYBODY to cross our border, since CV19 started and specifically when your lockdown started.............Queensland properties being sold to southerners. If anyone from out of Qld purchased here you and your truckload of possessions, were allowed into the state.
Yep, Victorians have been buying up big, sight unseen, on the Gold Coast. Normally it's Sydney money coming in. Beachfront in Palm Beach has gone nuts.
bad move ,why not just rent ...........be the same as always Victorians get sick of life-style (ok if your a citrus tree) They sell up and find the market in Melbourne has moved greater then the increased value of the QLD property ....and end up coming back to Melbourne to a lesser property then before.. Golden rule , rent 1st then buy if it suits.
Not only there Pat,I've sort of been looking to relocate and it's pretty much all over Qld when I phone a R/estate re something they're all pretty much saying get in quick!
Because during lockdown you lot wouldn't have been allowed into the state....that's how desperate the southerners have been .
They’re welcome to the humidity of QLD. Brisbane in summer is unbearable. Thankfully Mel’s mum is moving back down so we’ll never have to go to QLD again
No culture, swamp like conditions, mosquitoes, higher unemployment, replicas winning concours trophies. They’re in for the shock of their lives
You got that right, the same thing in Cairns and I suspect anywhere where natural airflow has been disrupted by highrise buildings.
