    Actually I've just had a rare remembering thought.
    If you recall there was a period of non lockdown,that's when people from all over Aussie were hitching up their caravans or buying complete rigs to bugger off out of their respective state and head up here.
    I suspect that's where quite a number of the relocators came from.

    You could never reproduce an historic property like yours no matter how much money you threw at a new build...The grand old historic properties are all class..Just expensive to maintain...BTW I know a Whomo BTC that has a lift in his OHOS...:)
