FCA/NER Club Day at Fairfield County Concours d'Elegance

Join the New England Region of the Ferrari Club of America for Club Day at Fairfield County Concours d'Elegance on Saturday, September 11 2010. Come meet FCA/NER members and share experiences and knowledge with colleagues from other clubs.

Seminars by renowned experts will provide information of interest and value to collectors and hobbyists alike. Car and bike clubs are invited to bring their favorite mode of transport to show to other attendees. Peer judging awards will be given with the first place winner from each club being shown in the Sunday, September 12, Concours d'Elegance; winner must attend Concours with winning vehicle, which will not be judged.

Our Concours presents more than 200 of the world’s most extraordinary automobiles and motorcycles spanning the past 100 years. Featured judging classes are Bugatti: Celebrating 100 Years, Porsche, and period Hot Rods and Customs from the ‘50s. Special exhibits will include Remembering the 24 Hours of LeMans, the Coachworks of Howard “Dutch” Darrin, and Styled by the Wind – a celebration of pre-war vehicle aerodynamics. Guided field walks by experts, art and automobilia exhibits, children’s activities, and a silent auction are among the other highlights of the event.

Proceeds from the Concours benefit Autism Programs through the Drive to Treat Autism Fund at St. Vincent’s Medical Center – a 501(C)(3) organization.

Each vehicle registered for Club Day will receive two, two-day general admission passes.
