Yes I assume that the Club’s Constitution has been written so that it complies with all applicable parts of the Corporations Act. So if it can be demonstrated that the Club has failed to mail out the paperwork to its members, and that this is in contravention of the Club’s Constitution then regardless of the outcome of the AGM the election of office bearers can be declared null and void. The club decided to change the name in 1998 to more accurately reflect what it does. The club wrote to and received Ferrari's permission to use the name.
