I'm a bit of a lurker here, but after doing some searching, I didn't find a comprehensive list of dealers and service (USA is most applicable to me, but there's no reason this cannot be worldwide) that you trust, so perhaps we can start one here?

I'm in Minnesota, which is a small market, and while I have no direct purchasing experience with them I would purchase from Maserati of Minneapolis if I was looking to buy locally. http://www.maseratiofminneapolis.com

How about you? What dealers / service do you trust for your Fcar?

For buying new the Ferrari network is set up so you have to buy from the dealer that controls the territory you live in. If you are looking to buy used or for servicing you can do whatever you want. If, in the future you want to buy a new car, it will help to have built a relationship with your local (or regional) dealer.
