    It's always on sundaymorning (eu time) when Fchat is down.
    That sucks!! I know Rob is doing it this time because less crowed, but still it sucks. Sundaymorning is my favorit Fchat reading time...........

    There has been the same problem with the Alfa BB on and off. Can we drop whoever has been screwing with these BBs into a wood chipper?

    The board software does some backup stuff every Sunday (at 2am IIRC) and occasionally there is a hiccup. Nothing sinister behind it, there are just a few bugs in the process that need to be ironed out.

    Slowness on Sundays for 2-3 hours is related to backups. The outage this morning and a few Sunday's ago is related to the Live Chat software. Thought it was OK now because we went at least two Sunday's without the problem. I will take time this week to investigate more.

    I thought my computer was having issues, so I called other F-Chatters. Same problem with them as well....

    Some problems with hanging processes earlier, so we cleared them out. Still monitoring some network stuff this afternoon, not sure if global, host, just my server, or local to my work.

    Not from here. The SMTP service on the Fchat server was talking, but the HTTP service on the same box wasn't.
