What about T-shirts, coffee mugs, tool box decals, etc....?

 

$16 each, 15 at a time, copy on top and bottom, just about any color combo you want.

Carbon Fiber may be a little tougher to find, although I remember seeing something in a Griot's catalog once...

go ahead, bug Rob about these items.

I've offered to set him up with an online store, get the products, do the shipping, etc, give him a big cut, but "he has a guy he's working with" on this.

Sooner or later, he'll get it going.

In the mean time, I whipped up some nice hats and shirts for the NY-Tri State guys last year, even got to keep one, so I'm set!!!!

Sure, you guys want me to, and Rob says ok, I'll hook something up for everyone who wants one, and, (based on prior experience) prepays in full by paypal.

I'll PM Rob about it if you guys are really interested, and see if I can get something that resembles carbon fiber if we want that. Only thing is the CF I found was $60 and up, plus I' dhave to find someone who would be willing to either silk screen it, or foil stamp it, and at $60 a pop, most of my guys won't want the risk.

Yeah, but so is rolling with no plate on the front.. and when was the last time you saw a Texas Fchatter with a front plate?

Wow that be cool. You could (in theory) put Ferrarichat on the bottom and your user name on top! I know I would buy 3!

 

Not by choice we assure you. It's more a matter of survival. Sad fact is that it's just not very wise to wander around Hill and McLennan counties without the state issued decoration on the nose. Tempting fate like that in these here parts will make you a winner in the wrong type of popularity contest. Ah well.

I'm pretty sure that would be do-able. However, we'd have to go to engraved frames with custom titles, which would cost a bit more. I think we could standardize the bottom, like you said, and then just put user names on the top.

Of course, with the internet, now you're letting anyone behind you know where you hang out, both in the real world and in cyberspace, and you're giving them your username and your license number. THAT MAY NOT BE THE BEST IDEA.

They also make frames that do not obscure any of the plate. That would for sure be the way to go on this.

I love the way the FOC license plate frame looks. How about something like that? Chrome anyone?

All good. I'm not a design guy but I can tell you that even considering using the Ferrari Font will land us in a world of ****!!!

That's just the way it is. I asked the folks at Ferrari once if I could use the logo or type for a charity event and they told me, very politely, to pound sand. They enforce their trademarks very aggressively.

But, all you design guys out there, get to work. If you come up with a good design that we use, yours will be a freebie.
