    I'll be making my usual long trip to Boynton Beach to spend some time with my father, and as I've done in the past, I'd like to have lunch one day with FChatters in southern Palm Beach or northern Broward County.

    I'll be down there from Tuesday, 12/24 through Wednesday, 1/1, though I think the best days would be 12/26 through 12/31. If someone can suggest a day and a place, I'll see if I can fit it into my schedule. Nothing too fancy, just some place everyone can agree on. (No, I won't have my 328 with me.)

    I would join you for lunch but just had surgery on my ankle so I'm sort of homebound for a couple of weeks.

    Sorry that I've been out of touch since starting this thread, but I don't own a smartphone and am using the computer at the public library in Boynton.

    I've decided to keep my lunch break short so that I can spend more time with my father. So if anyone wants to join me for lunch tomorrow, it'll be at the Skyline Chili on Federal Highway at about 25th St. in Lauderdale. (No, I'm not kidding! Good food quickly at a reasonable price.)

    Sorry, I didn't put a time. I think I'll be getting there about 11:30. The address is 2590 N. Federal Hwy. Please note that they sometimes run out of parking. I don't mind if you come in something other than a Ferrari, as I'll be doing the same! And if no one shows up, I won't mind.

    Alfredo, thanks for joining me. I enjoyed the conversation and I hope that you enjoyed the chili! (Remember, that's a Greek recipe, so it's closer to your Mediterranean roots than what Americans usually think of "chili".)
