Henk, Looks great. Unbelievable. Last year I bought my car last year in july. I didn't have time to enjoy it really. After several weeks I took a whole day off and spent it with her in the Betuwe. You'll never believe where I had lunch (never been there before), didn't know it was in Deil. It's the same restaurant! Looked for several hours from the serre down to my car (my girlfriend didn't like it), great afternoon. Less than 5 weeks to go.... Gijs
Woh, I notice our friend Ton is already moderating, heh heh ;-) Looking forward to meet you ! Glad to know that you already been in Deil once. So the disappointment will be less ;-) Nah, people will like the area. I changed the car into 348ts, sorry.
RSR-S4.. Sorry about the name Bram behind your Fchat name. I made a mistake with the name of Gijs' brother. You are of course George's brother. I changed it.
Remembered it too late for you to see, but found the "delete" option in time before Ton, but hey, he lives in belgium now.
Sure, for a guy living in Belgium, sure which brand do you prefer? I'm always go for a beer to Maaseik, sounds familiar??
Ah, another fan of beer. When George is visiting me we will give you a call for a drink at Maaseik. Precisely in the middle of Lanaken-Stevensweert.
Just had a look at the new official Deil thread and the website of the restaurant. Looks great Henk! Thanks a lot for organizing this! Looks like it will be a great day! Looking forward to it very much!
In summer you will find me on a regular base in Maaseik. Sitting in the sun with a Kriek Lambiek Maaseik is only 30km from where I live.
It will be around mid-september. We do not know where we will be camping, last time we stayed on the east side (with a view on Langeland)(Hesselager). We are not booking anything, it will not be that busy at that time. Regards, Joop
Okay, so I think I know where you camped the last time I used to have a house four-five kilometres from Hesselager on the south-east of Fyn! My guess is that you camped in "Lundeborg"??? very close to Hesselager with a view over Storebælt and Langeland!?! Would be nice to meet you in Denmark in September! Best Carsten
Our Saxo VTS has just been fitted with new wider tyres and bigger aluminium wheels today, and a new sports exhaust, so she will be ready for the trip.......twice as fun to drive as she used to be I can't wait to go!!!
They are indeed very fun to drive....very direct and sporty, and even more so after fitting the new wheels! Pics coming up!!!
