Maybe we could make the event in honour of the last big event organizer Jens? The JH memorial drive? I would really like to join but will only be able to give a definitive "yes" around april 2004. My only concern is that Switzerland is very strict on speeding. I hear that the fines are high! I was flashed twice last summer when i returned from Maranello. And i was not even really speeding. What exactly is the plan? (or should I just scroll back and read the whole thread ). Ton
Ton, no problems with speeding in Switzerland;-))) I KNOW THE RULES!!!....and how to handel them. There are two ways: -Wolfarossa Methode or the -Simon Methode ...will tell by PM or phone;-) Wolfarossa FORZA FERRARI
i love the idea of a memorial of jens&amar. speeding: i do not recommend speeding in switzerland, it is definitely very expensive. however, as we will doing some very nice pass-drives, it is not so much of an issue. however, when we are having a rally together with many cars, we all have to keep in mind that we are driving on public roads and we should not take too much risks. it's not about winning a war, it is a get together and a show off of our beautiful cars. trevi
Trevi, well said and I totaly agree with you! I was just a bit kidding and forgot to be serious on this thread...please forgive me Ton, YES; the JH memorial drive - thats it! Wolfarossa FORZA FERRARI
@vanimal, hedge: is the new date of august 19/20/21 ok for you both? if yes, then i'd fix this date. @ton: plans are of course not yet elaborated, first we fix the date. it'll be thursday(arrival)/friday/saturday/sunday (departure) i have some ideas in mind for the program and will check them, however, i think we will decide jointly about the details. trevi
@ton: i forgot that you don't want to scroll down the location will most probably be in andermatt (www.andermatt.ch)

Vaughanimal, It sounds like we will be a convoy of two from the UK!! Hey - I'm sure that we can rustle up more people than that!! Due to circumstances, I have always used the ferry to and from Calais. A little slow, but no problems at all. Dates I will still have to confirm with my darling wife who arrives here in South Africa tomorrow morning at some ungodly hour! Cheers, MARK
Yep, this a great pics and gives me the feeling to buy, right in time, a new set of tyres for the trip;-) Wolfarossa FORZA FERRARI
