I hope I am not breaking any forum rules by posting this link but my friend and fellow fchatter is having a very difficult time with this dealership over a CPO Porsche he recently purchased. I thought it would be helpful to him and the performance car community to see this. Mods, if I've broken a rule by posting this link, I apologize and please delete.

I've been following this on his facebook page. It sucks....I used BH Porsche for service when I lived in LA and found them to be great to deal with (and surprisingly reasonable on pricing, at least relative to other Porsche dealers).

my guess is that the dealer is a) not wanting to eat the cost of repairs and b) could get in trouble with PCNA for offering CPO on a car that clearly doesn't pass the certification tests.

happened to me before, I wont buy a car unseen from a dealer again. Whne spending this kind of money it is worth to fly out and check it our yourself or have a friend or someone you trust check it out for you. Good luck, I hope you work it out.
