Byron, put us down as a maybe on the 2nd, hopefully we can go, have to talk more about it w/ my dad. But the new route sounds nice!

I'm sure we can make it for the St. Regis one as well, my dad LOVES that place. Hope to see you on both events.

    I have rsvp'd for both.

Note to potential passenger types - I am RELATIVELY sure I will be going on the 2nd and it is LIKELY that I will have an empty passenger seat in the 348.

In the interest of full disclosure, I will probably go towards the back of the pack as the car is fresh to me and I would get in A LOT of trouble at home if I do not keep it on the road, etc, so if you want to be up front with the fast guys I am not your driver.

However, it will SOUND like we are going fast as I have a spider with a Tubi and Hyperflow cats, and I am not afraid of 7,000 rpm.

There are a couple of f-chatters who have previous requests in so assuming they are available they will have "first dibs". But PM me if you wanna go along and are willing to be disappointed if the trial I am supposed to testify at keeps me from attending at the last minute!!

    Cheers
    Kevin

    Kevin,
This is very generous of you, and a wonderful idea!
For those that have RSVP'd to us already, if you have an open seat, please post in this thread and PM - that way, we can accomodate for those that would like to go but do not currently have the means to do so.

    Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm still one of the new guys in here. I met some of you last month at CC but haven't made it back - 7a.m. is so damn early for a guy who's prowling the town on Friday nights. I'll try to make it back to CC before the Regis breakfast but if I don't make it I look forward to seeing you guys there and meeting some new faces.

Looks like I am going to have to wait till next months drive... I sold my 91 NSX a few weeks ago, and my son and I are going to Bowling Green Ky at the end of October to pick up my 2005 C6 Corvette at the National Corvette Museum. We get to tour the factory and then drive 2100 miles home. Can't wait!

Ok, let me know! It won't be as wild as before, but just as fun. The new Bilsteins and bushings have made a significant improvement in handling :)

    Sunny,
It would be good to see the jag out there and running with the horses... :) Could always use an extra point/lead car!

To Byron, the No.CA F-Chatters will join FDC for brunch on Oct.23. Will give you headcount in a few days as I will call them up. They are also anxious to go to CC since most is their 1st time. Henry

PS. Are you joining us on our Gold Rush drive on Oct.17? Plenty of seats in F-cars. We'll meet in Stockton and/or drive up to Placerville and meet up with the rest. PM me or response to my thread (No.CA), if needed. Henry

Sounds great, Henry. You will have to be at CC early @ 7am that morning.... we will figure out the caravan situation for breakfast after you give me a headcount... Wow, this is great!!

I will try to be there for the 17th... I'm trying to work my schedule to make that happen.

To Byron, Most of the our group will drive their F-cars down to OC and will stay @ my HB beach condo over the week-end. I attended CC most of the time when I'm home so therefore we know when and where.
Thanks that you guys posted CC pics every week when I'm not home.
