John, Ah yes, the wife calling you sad; how many times have we all been through that particular scenario? I also just wanted to reiterate everyone elses comment about your Daytona. Just plain Luverly! One of those cars that looks better in other colours than red! We had a GTS early on (before your momentous arrival). Perhaps this was the car you saw? Stig
Thanks Stig. It wasn't quite so luverly when it refused to start for 10 minutes when I left. At that point, I was red if not the car. Sodding Daytona. Should have brought the Polo instead Just as I was (finally) leaving, a chap came up and said 'I've got one of those [pointing at your 308] but it's a convertible and I haven't got it with me today. Has this been organised by the Owners' Club...?' I told him to see you, as the supremo-mastermind-guru-svengali behind today - but maybe he was too imtimidated by my description....?? Great Pics !!! It was a really good day out, i had a smile on my face all the way home. It was fantastic to see everyone and thankfully the weather held out for us. I still can't believe we were refused service @ K1 ! Anyway, the drive to find another one was the best part. 17 ferraris passing all thorugh the high streets and letting rip in the country side was just awsome. I was driving and trying to zap as much as I could with the camera. Sorry i can't post the pictures till next week as i have "techinical" problems at the moment. By the way where we ended up was great. I can't wait for next time Stig, a big thanks for organizing ! Philip
