Denis at MyRicambi steps up to the plate twice, shipped me out a beautiful rear diffuser panel in carbon for my 458 Speciale, sadly fed ex used it to stand on to reach another package and damaged my diffuser. YES TWICE ! Lets hope UPS does better with the third try.

    Ouch!

I'd be curious if Fedex also stepped up to the plate & made good on the damage claims?

They will blame it on the way it was packaged.

UPS (useless parcel (no) service). Their standard operating procedure is to turn down all claims.

    Thank you Anthony!

Unfortunately in this case, we've faced an unbelievable lack of luck. We've NEVER seen this. We've sold about eighteen 458 Speciale Diffusers, and this never happened. The second diffuser sent was quite well protected, but upon receiving the box, it looked like FedEX had stacked the diffuser, and bangged it at two areas, hence minor damages on the diffuser, but still... damages, and that, regardless of the "FRAGILE" stickers and tapes all over the box.

After inquiring other shipping options with UPS, it came up that they are way worse.

We are MyRicambi have decided to invest in wooden crates to ship those items. That should do it.

Kudos to Anthony who was really understanding in this, and as far as our damage complaints filed with FedEX, well... I don't know if anyone of your dealt with those things, but to give you an idea, I did address a complaint last February, and I am still waiting for them to send me a check... :-(.

In conclusion, our customers are what's important, and we try to make it up to them in anyway we can, even if not in fault. What else can we do?

Outstanding companies like Carbonio for example, are a perfect example of what customer service is, or should be, and we try to follow their lead as much as we can.
