Being the Chief Driving Instructor for the Ferrari Club of America, Empire State Region, and having been involved in club track events for 12 years, I've noticed a serious lack of 'Wall Street/Hedge Fund professionals' participants. I'm sure there's a lot more of 'us' out there, and I'd love to hear from you. If you're based in the NYC area, odds are we've already met, but didn't know of our common - off track - interests. Either way, who else is out there?

squidracing, I'm part of that community. Your profile doesn't have much filled out, but always happy to communicate with like colleagues. Drop me a PM with your contact info.

Haven't gotten into racing yet, but would love to come down for a couple of track days when the weather gets nice and see how it's done.

    What car(s) do you race?

All kidding aside, you gotta pay your due and get down dirty and grind for at least three-four years. If u can't last that long...it would be a waste of your time.

After you paid your due, then you need to assess what should I do next.

9 out of 10 would choose to do something else...more flexibility, more money and definitely more time to play with your toys.
