Fence Contractors

Anybody have any good recommendations for fence contractors? I have quotes from AAW, Bluebonnet and Southwest, all of whom have done other homes in my neighborhood in Coppell.

We had our 8 ft/metal post fence replaced last year by a company called "The Fence Company" - 817.658.1529

They did a great job but the guy representing the company was nothing more than the front-end or GC. The person who actually did the work had this number on the back of his truck: 817.658.1529. Maybe you can contact him directly a save a few $.

They did a REALLY good job.

If you go w/ cedar, call Cedar Supply in Carrollton - 972.242.6561. We were able to get a better price so we had the cedar delivered and the guy above just did the labor. No matter what price they give you, tell them it's too high. Just remember, everything is negotiable. Good luck.

 

I've got a good fence guy, but I think he is in New Orleans right now. He just finished a 2000' fence for some subdivision last week. He gives the wood to you at cost so you just pay labor. He is the installer so no middleman markup.

There is huge diff in price as you know between say pine and cedar and wood vs steel posts and side by side vs board on board, decorative cap and # of gates and if you want it stained or sealed etc. Has name is Valdo Rojas and he speaks fluent english and is a nice young guy. Call him. 972-890-6425
