Fender Shields

I am going back and forth on whether to place them on my 85 308 GTS.

 

Just removed mine and I think it looks loads better. The line dose not look broken now when viewed along the length of the car.

The genuine shields on the 360 cars are not just stuck on but rather recessed into the wing ,on genuine factory fitted shields, the part number for wings with shields is I believe different from un shielded cars.

Excellent pic. Just put them on when you want and take off when you want.

My '85 GTS QV has them and I love the look. It kind of adds color to my otherwise solid black car.

Well put. I've followed threads about shields because, I too, have considered putting them on my car. Before I read your post I was going to draw comparisons to this discussion and one debating red vs. black cars. While it makes for entertaining reading, I doubt anyones opinion will be changed. FWIW black is the better color.

 

+1 This also why I like them, it breaks the monotonous looks and added an accent to it.

 

I like them on my car just fine!!
