    Hi all, I assume this was a gift with purchase. I have had it for about 10 years. Over time the two spot welds which suspend the top piece to the metal base have failed, best visualized in the last two photos. Since it is a display, I have not attempted to fix the issues, instead, I added a rubbery spacer to suspend the top portion, which works great. $500, including shipping within the U.S. Paypal preferred.
