Ferrari 275 GTS #6809 - weak results at Mecum Kissimmee?

It did not sell at Amelia Island 2022 and I am pretty sure it also did not sell at Monterey 2023.
When I inspected this car in Germany on the 22nd February 2021 it had a completely rotten exhaust system, wipers and washer bag wrong, hood latch not working, ignition cable wrong and defect, all electric stuff old and in poor condition, incorrect wheel nuts, underbody completely tectyled, leather interior poor, car had zero paperwork whatsoever, a complete restoration project. It had been parked for 21 years in an underground car park in Cologne, Germany. A real dog.

Roll that sucker into a barn, add a thick layer of dust, and watch it sell it for a premium!

 

As with The Lost and Found Collection. They should have called it the DNR collection.

tectyl is not so good to cover rust and other issues. it is too clear.except you put too much on. but then the exhaust heat will melt it and will drop to the floor. have this seen on several other cars. there are better coatings to cover issues and rust
