And how many do you estimate are in the UK, please? What a wonderful collection of cars in the picture.
My rough estimate puts it at in excess of 40 cars, but surely someone knows the UK situation far better than I.
Indeed, but not without a few twists & turns. It held values in good standing as it was about $900k all-in.
I have 44 Ferrari 288 GTO for which last location known is UK. But of course it's only a guess as I probably don't know all the UK cars and it's moving nearly every month ! Olivier
Is that what LS told you? I can remember vividly a blown up photo of it when it was delivered (hanging in Luigi Sports Cars) with Luigi Della Grotta standing next to it, with a smug smile. Sadly, I never snapped a pic of it.
Shall we say I was "reliably informed" of its heritage. When you are a guest, its polite not to ask for proof
So good to see that 58137 has arrived in its new home, and very grateful I was afforded the opportunity to supply it. Enjoy in great health! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Man the size difference is amazing and brings back fond and funny memories of my friends trying to wiggle their frames into one of my MR2's, I soon learned to give them a pre-entry course.
I appreciate your kind words, & I realize that these days I am guilty of helping increase the population of UK-based GTOs significantly.
One is being auctioned in Monterey. Joe would be the one to talk to before bidding. Estimate 750-1MM as I remember it.
