As Marcel correctly notes the other thread, the car was new to James D. Taliafero on Italian EE touring plates EE.096.AK. Those EE plates were still attached to the car when I sold it to you, and the car was stored in Florida. I hope you received them from the current seller as they are an excellent & important part of the car's history.

Thanks joe . I’m sure the plates are still with the car but I did get an unexpected surprise. The car is now with classiche certification and better news still , the ANSA megaphono , luggage etc is en route from Emilio ! I’m in uk soon and the car will have some adventures that I’ll document on a new thread .
Fusebox 288GTO identical to F40....Can someone confirm this please...you can tell by looking at the missing connectors on the 2 vertical lines left side. Or looking on the backside and comparing with this F40 core. If those are the same as 288gto, means I have tha t wiring diagram and can start making those cores NEW. B it's a show you'd enjoy, Jerry Seinfeld had me provide him with a very nice example of a 288 GTO for an upcoming show
Jerry and the GTO, he said it's the nicest car he has had on the show, quite a compliment considering the collection he has Image Unavailable, Please Login
Considering that the first Ferrari he had on (Daytona coupe) broke down on him, he was quite complimentary when he drove the 308GTB qv in the Trevor Noah episode. I'm anxious to see the new series.
