    So does it qualify to waive the London traffic fees because it's a hybrid? My wife was asking why they did an E mode at all and that's what I figured - big cities are taxing non-hybrids now so it was an angle to both increase reported mileage (it says a Prius-like 47mpg on the sticker here) and lower those taxes/fees.

    Not sure on that, but I would agree with the theory.

    I think its as much about the emissions.

    When the SF90 came out, I thought, gee, here’s a V8 thats a little more displacement and about 10% more powerful than the Pista V8. Ferrari didn’t say the emissions of the SF90 V8 alone, but they do say the combined rated emissions and they were something like 60% of the Pista. My takeaway: hybrid is a way to cut test cycle emissions by about half. Thats very meaningful.

    I also think as more and more noise regulations come into play and more and more cars become more and more quiet, having that near silent e mode will be more necessary.

    No, the 296 CO2 rating of 149g/km is well above the 76g/km limit to qualify for exemption from the congestion charge zone in central London.

    Hybrids used to be exempted from the congestion charge but Khan is so desperate for money he changed it about 18 months ago - now its only zero emission vehicles and even that is going soon

    Congratulations. That is an awesome looking ride with Carbon wheels. This color combination is the best for AF livery I have seen thus far. The gulf blue livery on Rossa Corsa, in my opinion, does not complement each other but clash ... rather distastefully. Of course, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
