Hi all, I've put a post in the for sale section about these but I'm not sure how much I should be asking for them. I don't want to rip anyone off but equally it would be nice if I could get a reasonable price for them as I'd like to buy a Triumph Spitfire to do up and selling other car stuff is the only way that I can get my missus to clear the expenditure! Any thoughts (about the price for the bumpers - not about how I can get the cash past the missus!? They aren't in great condition - they look like they are from the front but they some splits down the back Spencer
Unless you can sell them locally, shipping costs will kill the deal due to the weight of the US bumper. Since they need to be restored, prolly up to $200 each. Most guys spring for the lighter Euro version if their US bumpers need to be changed out. They have been known to rot over time. Are they being offered with or without the shocks ? send pics.
Thanks for the input - that's a bit depressing - I had hoped their might be a small clique of people who preferred the US version!
