Hi, Has anyone replaced the headrest plastic insert on their car? Part no: 20058905. Tried to remove the headrest from the seat but it won't come out. Is the a knack to removing them? Replies would be grateful. Dave

Few owners ever move their headrests at all. So, the headrest rods get stuck / seized sometimes ---- a little liquid penetrant and some "firm persuasion" are often needed to break them loose.
