    Did I see somewhere that IAC/PFA no longer deducts points if the Sale and Service Organization book is missing?

    Of course you may have your own reasons for having the proper and complete set of documents but I have to admit that concours judging criteria has led me to a number of otherwise unnecessary purchases.
