    To be clear, this is not one of the 11 Michelotto cars. It’s got an engine they supplied - one that doesn’t appear to be as refined as the ones they ran in their own cars.

    Looking for more details on the 1981 race history, but can not find the details of the 1981 swiss championship ("Championnat Suisse de vitesse"???)

    I suppose the "Heimberg hill climb" is the "14° Bergrennen St. Peterzell - Hemberg" on 27.09.1981.

    Can not find anyting on "Patnos". However, since Heimberg was misspelled this might also be wrong spelling :(

    Fortunately Gregor Foitek is still around and a principal at Foitek Automobile AG in Switzerland. I suspect a polite email or call to either him or even Pozzi CEO could reveal more history on the car’s racing career. Alternatively you may contact the sale curator at Artcurial but it’s been my experience the auction house isn’t typically well informed on the cars they represent.
