    Looks to me like Ferrari 348 with a typing error.

    It actually looks more like a 355 with exception of the strakes in the side, so likely an early 355 design study or a 'baby' 348/355. Front and rear are closer to 355 than 348, 355 style wheels and only 2 strakes.
