I should be able to have the Video of the full Fabspeed exhaust uploaded today. I was actually surprised that the X-pipe was very driver friendly! I would say that the Cappy 3 even had a little bit more volume (definitely more drone, not to down talk the cappy 3, it just has a different goal in mind) The full exhaust has a great sound that give you a very nice tone without being TOO much. It was also very hard to pick up on our microphones, go figure.
Not sure if you guys had seen this old video or not. This is with the Fabspeed Headers, catbypass pipes and a Capristo Rear muffler. Sounds very good! [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvWEpN7D1xc[/ame]
The sound is not very well captured from the go-pro cameras. The sound is much more high pitched in person with a very distinctive V8 sound in the lower RPM. It does not scream like the Capristo, however it makes more power and sounds more Challenge like. This car also has the sport cats and not the Catbypass pipes on it. Hey guys, After today the introductory price on the 348 Supersport X-pipe will be raised back to full retail ($100 difference) so if you were thinking of ordering, make sure you place the order today and save! Evan
Are these 348 manifolds a direct retro-fit for stock? the collector looks a little long ........... but could just be the way the primaries wrapped ....
Yes! You have to remove the rear wheels and liners, but the engine does not have to come out. These will bolt up with no problems. I will post some more detailed photos later
