hello everyone, just got my self a ferrari 360 lhd (cheap) the car has only one key and a code(4 digits) problem is i have to do key cycles everytime to start the car (very annoying) what are my options? do i have to buy a set of three fobs(1red,2black) and program them and thats all? or is there more to it? please help me out as a search is not helping me out many thanks
If you are comfortable working with IC chips there are threads detailing how to recover alarm PIN codes and cloning remote fobs.
Congrats on the car and welcome to F Chat. I think you need the new set of fobs and with the 4 digit pin should be able to reprogramme, although that's a relatively complicated and tedious affair. Do search again, use key words like "clone" "fob" "black AND red" and check the Tech Q&A section too. You'll find the threads and the people who know the answers to your questions.
