    I don't think anybody makes a replacement screen. However, there are a few shops that specialize in cluster repair. That might be your best bet.

    I wonder if its something as simple as leaking capacitors or something like that? I know thats a common problem on older ECUs and TCUs on some vehicles. Just spit-balling. Cluster repair shop is probably the way to go if you dont want to get into the weeds with it.
