That body style and the old Mustang II have to be the least appealing Mustangs, at least aesthetically. I don't think the 360's wheels help its cause.

However, I sure do like the new Mustang. I wonder how that would look with the 360's wheels.....

You know, that looks good but-- I can't help to feel sick about it! Blasphemy!!

Looks good though! (for a mustang!) I'm a Chevy guy!

It's funny...I'm by NO means a "bone stock only!" kinda guy. I like modding cars, doing tasteful aftermarket add-ons (cosmetically), and of course, adding aftermarket wheels. However...I have always felt that aftermarket wheels should be just that! -- *aftermarket*.

While it makes perfect sense to me to put bigger speedlines, compomotives, HREs, Giovannas, etc., etc. on your car, I can't get past putting another, newer model's factory wheels on your older car. The one exception to my own rule I'll allow are the 16" 308 wheels that people put on older 308s to update the look. They are staying true to the model-line's wheel selection, though.

When I see a Mondial with 348 wheels, it looks like a Mondial with 348 wheels. When I see a Mondi with 17" Speedlines, it looks great! When I see a TR with some 17" or 18" 5-star wheels by any number of manufacturers, it knocks my socks off. When I see one with 360 wheels, in my humble opinion, all I see is a TR on top of a 360! I don't know how I got to be this way...as I mentioned, I'm really not a stickler for "factory correct."

That said, I still just don't understand the urge. This mustang is no different.

Do you have any better photos? I'd like to see a nice shot that actually shows off the style of the wheel placed on the Mustang.
Gotta give em credit though for doing something unique.

I'm 180 degrees on that issue. I'm not big on aftermarket wheels, but I really like the retrofit of different (not necessarily newer) factory wheels on another year model. For instance, there was a recent thread with a member who had 2 Testarossas in his driveway. One had OE wheels and one had 360 wheels. It's my opinion that, while the OE wheels looked good, the same model of car looked SO much better with the 360 wheels....largely, because they were still Ferrari wheels. I don't think I would have had the same opinion had the wheels been good looking, but aftermarket.......just a similar explanation of a different view (chocolate and vanilla. right?)

Mustangs for the most part are great. However not this model and the 360 wheels couldn't even save it! As mentioned before me its also blasphemy!

That's a nice looking package, though I do have to snicker at the "Chicane" sticker at the top of the windshield.

    ?

Joe owns a shop called "Chicane Sport Tuning", thus the sticker.

    Hey....no respek for Mustang?

I have tons. It was the first car I ever drove that had 4-wheel steering.

I grew up with Camaros. The new Mustang GT is cool though.

360 Modena wheels are staggered. What did he do, grab the fronts from two Modenas to fit one Mustang?

The car looks good with those rims, but I would remove the Ferrari emblem from the center.

Fox bodies are one of my favorites.. even with the obvious shortcomings. Has to be a notch though!

The pictures aren't at a straight enough angle for me to tell... does anyone know if those are Ferrari calipers also?

They might be, but a yellow Brembo package for that car would be about 1000x cheaper (provided the bolt pattern was the same).

    Dumb.

While he's at it why doesn't he just put a Chevy 350 under the hood, and some Lambo doors.
