    Hello,

other than the 15mm mentioned in the owner's manual, is there a bleed screw or any particular process to ensure the cooling system is completely full and air free?

Should one fill the header tank as well?

There is a huge volume of coolant, bleeding not necessary.

No such thing as an automobile cooling system that is completely full and air free. It simply cannot operate that way. If you do not leave air space in proportion to its coolant capacity it will make it for you.

Yes, I assume that is accounted for in the mentioned 15mm coolant level.

I had the radiator emptied, but only 10/12 liters came out, and a similar amount went it, heating core?

The "overflow" tank should remain empty all of the time, unless you overheat and vapor forces coolant in there.

Also, the pressure cap goes on the "overflow" tank and the non-pressure cap goes on the radiator. I had it backwards for a couple of years.
