I started on my "check list", the adjuster bolt seems to have plenty of adjustment left.

The question now is what do I need to do to remove the timing cover? I have already removed the acorn nuts and WUR.

Is there anything else that needs to come off? It isn't moving at all.

See if there is one bolt in the front. Not sure.

    It is moving now, thanks.

Its the glue they used that is making it difficult.

Got it off. The o-rings were glued on.

Seems like it has been replaced before.

Barely has any play. Image Unavailable, Please Login

The O-rings at the back should be cut at the top so when the cover is re-installed (slide O-rings into groove as cover is lowered) they need a small amount of sealer to seal them.
