Hi Guys, I am just wondering what exactly you guys think should be done on the annual service. My guy changed the oil/oil filter, A/C pollen filter and both windshield wipers (he said it was mandatory). Anything else that comes to mind?

That's pretty standard...next would be more fluids...gearbox and brake fluid come to mind (how old is your brake fluid, somewhat surprised they didn't flush that).

here's what I do would annually:
    - engine oil/filter, clean mesh filter
    - gearbox oil, clean mesh filter
    - bleed the brakes and the clutch
    - drain radiators and add in fresh coolant
    - drain power steering fluid from the reservoir and replace with fresh fluid (a few times, to mix in enough fresh fluid)
    - replace air filters and pollen filter if required
    - check condition of the pads/rotors
    - check condition of ball joints

I don't disagree but that sounds like a second annual service not an annual.

Things going bad or breaking in a Ferrari are very expensive. I do all of the above annually to try to avoid that. The cooling system is prone to corrosion. The transmission gear oil is prone to degradation due to being in proximity of the headers. If bleeding brakes includes flushing and replacing the fluid, I'm good with the list but if not, then would add that. You don't want "wet" brake fluid to corrode your caliper pistons, and you don't want the fluid to boil when you drive hard.

yes, by saying "bleed the brakes" i meant flush the fluid. Motive power bleeder makes it (and flushing the clutch) a very easy job.
