Ferrari 456 MGTA ASR Exclusion ECU / Control Station Unit # 179418

456 ASR Exclusion ECU / Control Station Unit # 179418, can someone tell me what is function of this part?
Also another question, is there a relay for the ASR in the fuse box underneath the passager side foot well...
the ASR light sometimes would come on around 90-95 degrees Celsius once my 456M GTA is warmed up, not everytime, but quit often...then the car would go into limp mode. Shut the car down let it cool for half an hour then restart the car, the ASR light would go off. very frustrated..... all the speed sensors have been changed...what would cause this to happened, No code, nothing...
