Anyone know what the ferrari 458 drive shaft made out of?
The 458 does not have a driveshaft. It is a rear engined car with a tranaxle. The axles are made of steel alloy.
Nope. The transmission is connected directly to the engine. The end of the engine crank is splined and inserts to the female splined receiver in the front oj the transmission. It is in essence one contiguous unit.
