They would have, but lamborghini didn't bring an extra set of regular tires. MT says they're going to do another test later on, but with different tires.
Im actually glad they have two cars to build, and make more of less, because they don't get hit with the emissions rule, unlike ferrari.
Just read on Autotrader UAE that One-Third of the Huracan Lamborghini has produced is in Dubai! They had 3300 orders till the end of Dec 2014 and 1137 has already got delivered. Also 1128 Aventadors sold in Dubai last year!
Better? Whichever one has the fewest computers to have little aneurisms and surprise behaviors. The Boxer fits that bill.
Thanks for clarification. You did read OP's original query. Haven't driven Speciale yet so can't comment. My teeth are still recovering from last bone jarring ride in a CS. Obviously different cars.
Oh this fun. This is how we do it left coast style Image Unavailable, Please Login Wouldn't work as a dad for me either, I'm perfectly happy with my birth father. Golfing with him this afternoon 😃
Speciale. For many reasons. Anyone thinking "McLaren" and "Daily Driver" in the same thought needs to ... well, rethink.
Can only speak about my car but it has been faultless. Servicing is expensive, like Ferrari expensive but car feels rock solid. It is a late 12C. IRIS 2 is on my car and it has been fine amongst a sea of dross across all manufacturers, I use it regularly. Try a RR if you want poor Nav. Depreciation can be an issue if you pay full sticker but according to OP this is not a concern. You can avoid excessive depreciation if you're careful and don't buy new when a model is just launched. 570 might buck the trend because it is amazing value for money to begin with. Being one of the contributors to McLaren life and a serial 'commenter' on McLaren's business progress I can say with confidence that that makes a very interesting topic but one not to be confused with criticism of the product. Read the threads, almost to a man/woman there is little disagreement - these cars are a revelation - with views ranging from 'brilliant amongst an era of brilliant cars' to 'brilliant enough to make everyone else seem poor'. I'm in the former category. Almost everyone has come from Ferrari and Porsche. The issue often debated on McLife is McLaren's preference to keep launching new products on a similar platform which overlap in terms of segment and also timing. Nothing new in the motor industry (Porsche, Aston etc.) Not sure why that would discount the 650, or for that matter the 570 from the OP's list of possibles. In fact, for a young guy, the 570 has all the ingredients as far as I can see and I suspect I would be strongly recommending it if I had driven it. Truth is, none of these cars are DDs in the world I live in but maybe where the OP lives things are different. The McLaren is at least as good as the others (and probably better - certainly I would prefer to daily drive a 12C than a Speciale), though it has a significant demerit in terms of daily driving with the door mechanism which makes parking an issue. Getting in and out for this 45 year old (who happens to have at least 5 vertebrae fused together) has been no problem at all. Make up your own mind but there are a few thousand McLaren's in service across the globe. If they were as unserviceable as is being suggested McLaren wouldn't be getting much further would they? Like any manufacturer there are issues, as discussed earlier in this post and regularly on McLife (which by the way, is a very informed and interesting forum, itself showing the type of people that have bought into McLaren) but don't let that put you off, you should investigate.
The car that Tiff Needell drove (I met him once, he is a decent guy) was quite early and before the update to 616bhp. Other things were altered which may have made a difference (I have no idea really but I'm sure that there were a myriad of software updates and tweaks). The main thing from my point of view is that I don't want to hoon my own car around like that. In the real world, when the rear steps out it is progressive, controllable and the systems don't work to stop it at all costs, they help you to control the movement of the rear while maintaining maximum forward momentum. There is nothing at all woolly or disconnected about the handling of the 12C, it is the best car I have owned so far in that department and I have owned some great ones. I expect my Speciale to be ahead in that regard, if not in terms of outright speed. If you want to be able to drive at a speed that only really good drivers in really good cars would be able to go better, you need a McLaren. That is not the world's only criteria and personally, it is not that important for me, but it might be for other people.
I love my 650S and I loved my 12C. The cars are so solid with the carbon tub, and light. And are so fast. Google the McLaren racing other cars....runs mid to low 10s stock. I think 458S, or Mac you can't go wrong. Image Unavailable, Please Login
got the 12C loved it and ordered the P1 loved it so much so after my woking visit I was going to order the 650S but heard few weeks later that the 675LT will come so I upgraded to the 675LT and will spec mine soon. I still own my rock solid (touch on wood) Mclarens and will be happy to spec my one of one 675LT at MSO and may add one day a 650S spider since I'm starting to like convertibles. In a nutshell I would've not bought and will buy Mclarens if they are unreliable. and i love MTC brownies Mbn
1) Here you go: I'm actually mad at myself I actually wasted my time with this. Why to I feel like I'm being played by a 14 year old in his dad's basement. Probably because I am..... 2) Wow, you really make $400/hour! That means that assuming you worked full time, taking no vacation, having no expenses, and paying no taxes, that you would have made $8.32Million over the last 10 years and yet you spent an average of $7.5Million on your 30 or so exotic cars over the same period of time. You must have an amazing CPA! 3) Lastly you have never addressed my message or the email I got this morning regarding your inconsistencies on having this great GT3 for months, yet in prior posts from just weeks earlier having limited knowledge of the car..All makes troll a likely possibility , which I why the Lamborghini forum called you out recently too Listen, clearly you have some ability to stand in front of a new Huracan, so congrats. I'm guessing its your parents car and based on the grammar I've read from posts I would assume an age of under 20. If thats the case, be thankful, maybe pops will let you take it to prom..... RCorsa is legit, no doubt there. Texex91, post pic(s) of your new GT3 and myriad other supercars. This time do it right with the Lego. I remember you getting called out on the Lambo forum. How did you confirm legitimacy back then?
If you look in the link Rcorsa posted he never went back to Lambo Talk after they called him out. Just read the thread and it's quite entertaining once he gets mad. http://www.lambo rghini-talk. com/vbforum/f47/2013-14-gallardo-huracan-100593/index4.html You'll have to connect the link yourself since F Chat will scramble it.
Maybe you should consider a Turbo S. Put .6s on the Speciale with standard P zeros with Evo. Perfectly fine for DD. Not very cool looking though. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uv8z7inZKpU[/ame]
You should be ashamed if you really are a grown man...but seeing your response I have a feeling your daddy will get mad that you took a pic of his cars (or your neighbors). Hope they let you wash it. Keep working hard--you will get one someday. Over and out.
As I have mentioned earlier that the best car I have driven yet is the 911 Turbo S. I like the looks and power delivery but the thing I don't like is the engine noise. I want a super car that even sounds too Good! If I will the Porsche then will buy the 911 GT3 RS. But still it can't compete with those 3 cars I have mentioned in terms of making me feel special.
