Stupid question - did they work and then stopped to work?
In case they never did, there is a configuration to put them on/off as far as I know.

Yes it’s in the settings maybe someone turned it off (it’s quite bright at night)

If they were not directly turned off then there is potentially an issue with the NVO (if I correctly remembered the name) board that is in the steering wheel. The dealer can diagnose if this is the issue. The first thing to do is try a "hard boot" on the car to see if it corrects the issue.

One other item to consider is the battery. How old is it? I don't think this is the case but start with the easy stuff and move forward from there.

BTW - here is the link the another thread that deals with steering wheel LED's - https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/leds-on-steering-wheel-do-not-light-up-at-any-rpm.493714/

    Good luck.

I know what you're trying to say, and there's a way to activate through the car settings, but it's not working. I'm not new to the car, but from you guys experience I said to myself maybe someone had the same problem and solved it

I'm with Tony. If you can't find the culprit even after trying a hard boot and checking the battery, chances are you won't be able to identify and fix the problem on your own. I'd take it to the nearest official Ferrari dealer and have qualified mechanics look at your car.

    Kind regards,

    Nuno.

Hs nothing to do with the car battery imo, if engine runs, there should be a signal to the leds.

Have the car diagnosed by the dealer first … and let us know the result.
