    The noise is uniform which appears to be normal noise from the valve train. Has the noise recently gotten louder? Did you have any recent work on the valve train?

    Direct injected engines are noisy. Injectors, pumps are the main culprits of the ticking sounds.

    Go to harbor freight and get a mechanics stethoscope for $8 and listen to all of your engine noises. Our di engines injectors can be loud.
