Ferrari 512 BB carburatore

Weber has a good workshop manual.

 

I also need the torque specs. and the timings settings for a 512BB. We are rebuilding a race engine but do not have a manual.

 

when you have a race engine then you not need the original timing settings
so what cams you have in?
how many degrees? may be the same koenig used ( he told me he put in his 512 BB the same as in the race engines)
so please meassure the degrees with check valve play of 0,5 mm
may be then I could help you with the timing?

We have not gotten the heads back from Dover Head in Chattanooga. When we do I will re-contact you. We haven't done a Ferrari before, since we specialize in domestic race engines, mostly for Super Late Model, but we have a customer that insisted that we rebuild his 512BB race engine. And I completed the profile.

when do you think you will get the heads back? I ask because end of the year until middle march I go again where it is warm to forget the winter and have not all my papers with me.
